Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible, pursuant to § 7 para. 1 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), for our own content on these pages under the general applicable laws. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, as a services supplier, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that has been transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances that may suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, this liability only applies from the point in time when a specific infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as we become aware of relevant infringements of the law, we will immediately remove the content.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites and we have no influence over the content of these sites. For this reason, we cannot accept liability for third-party content. The respective provider or operator of any linked site is always individually liable for its content. These sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time they were linked. They contained no apparent illegal content when they were linked. However, any permanent control of the content of linked pages is unreasonable without any substantial evidence of a violation. We will immediately remove any links of this type upon being notified of such violations.

Copyright

The content and works on pages generated by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, adaption, distribution and any form of use outside the limits of the copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for the purposes of private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on these pages is not created by the operator, the property rights of third-parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is specifically identified as such. Nevertheless, we would request you to notify us accordingly should you become aware of copyright infringement. We will immediately remove the respective content upon being notified of such infringements.

Data protection

The operators of these web pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to data protection legislation as well as per this privacy policy. As a rule, the use of our website is possible without the need to provide personal data. Whenever personal data (for example, name, address or email address) are collected on our pages, this is always done, wherever possible, on a voluntary basis. We will not pass this data on to third-parties without your express consent. We must point out that there can be security issues when data is transferred via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email). Fully protecting data against unauthorised access by third-parties is impossible.

You will find detailed information relating to our privacy policy here.
